Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds may be approved for digital products and account-delivered services purchased on tnly.shop.
Scope
We sell digital products and account-delivered services such as Discord Nitro, Fortnite V-Bucks top-ups, Fortnite Crew, Snapchat+ official gifts, and similar digital subscriptions/items.
Non-refundable situations
- Products/services that have been successfully delivered to the customer’s account.
- Any digital subscription/gift that has been applied/redeemed/activated.
- Account top-ups (e.g., V-Bucks) that were successfully added to the specified account.
- Orders where the customer provided incorrect account details (wrong ID/username/region).
- Orders blocked due to customer platform restrictions or customer policy violations.
Eligible refunds (when approved)
- We cannot deliver the purchased service and no acceptable alternative is provided.
- Delivery has not started and you request cancellation promptly.
- A technical failure on our side prevents completion and we cannot resolve it.
Cancellations
If your order has not entered processing, we may be able to cancel it. Once processing starts or delivery is completed, cancellations may not be possible.
How to request a refund
Email support@tnly.shop with:
- Order number
- Product name
- The account identifier used for delivery
- A short description of the issue (screenshots optional)
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank, typically a few business days.
