What we need from you
- Accurate account identifier (username/ID) and region (if required).
- Confirmation that you are authorized to receive delivery to that account.
- We do not request your password.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered quickly. Timing may vary due to platform outages, verification steps, region restrictions, or high-demand periods. If delayed, we will assist via support.
Proof of fulfillment
We maintain internal fulfillment records such as timestamps and completion confirmations (where applicable). These records may be used to resolve disputes.
Failed delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect customer details or account restrictions, we may request corrected information. Refund eligibility depends on whether processing has started and whether value was already delivered.
